Education and Guidance
The Nest Integrated Services and Manifest Psychiatry PLLC location provides general education about psychiatric conditions and wellness. We provide small and large group education to parents, teachers, clinicians, teens, and young adults. You do not need to be a patient or client with any of “The Nest” services. Anyone can access this education. Our experts will provide guides and tools to help understand how emotional health can affect the individual, their functioning, and relationships. The goal is to use education and guides to foster conversations with your community and treatment team. Workshops will also help individuals proactively engage in mental health and wellness therapeutic skills.
Presentation
Dr. Slider provides in person and virtual education off site upon request. She has experience educating school districts, police officers, community agencies, court systems, non-profit organizations, and medical professionals.
Sister Circles
A Sister Circle is a safe place to seek community support, education, and fellowship. The circle blends friendship, spirituality, wellness, and mental health expertise. You will learn to use your intuition, explore your soul, and heal yourself. Email [email protected] to learn about sister circles.
